Salary Structure

IBPS SO Scale I Officers receive a basic pay of ₹48,480 with progressive increments:

₹48,480 – 2,000 x 7 – ₹62,480 – 2,340 x 2 – ₹67,160 – 2,680 x 7 – ₹85,920  
+ Additional allowances & perks as per participating bank rules.
